What kind of Freelance Talent do you have on the system?

We have all kinds of freelancers on Coalition Live. In our experience of working within the Event & Entertainment industry this can range from Actors to Promotional Staff to Electricians to Riggers. Sign up quickly and check out our talent directory simply try a keyword search. If you can’t find what you’re looking for then do let us know as I’m sure we can help.

How does this generally work?

Coalition Live is a market place. If you’re looking for freelance support for your event or production the aim of Coalition Live is to take the stress away from this process and make finding, booking and paying freelancers easy, bringing it all together in one place. Equally for freelancers we want them to be able to showcase their work, get rates they deserve and book work securely safe in the knowledge that their payment is guaranteed and all invoices are automatically created for everyone.

Can i contact clients/freelancers directly?

Once you have created a job and it is confirmed then yes you can through our internal messaging system. It keeps everything in one place and frees up your inbox!

How can I setup my Freelancer profile to be noticed?

You are your own product. You have to sell yourself in the most professional and best light possible. Use Clear, High Res Photo’s of you to showcase your work and personalise your profile. We think Video Intro’s are a good way to bring you to life in a short space of time. Make sure you’ve completed as much as you can. Then it’s a case of working through Coalition and building your rating to be the best you can be.

When will i get Paid?

Your invoice is automated as soon as the job has been completed and is saved in your Financials page. Payment is then made 30 days after the job, automatically into your bank account so make sure you’ve provided your details.

Do i have to pay for the system?

There is no upfront charge unless you will be running lots of jobs through the system. Otherwise we want to only charge for any bookings that are made through the system.
