Since 2011 Coalition has been recruiting, creating & producing quality events and experiences for some of the worlds largest brands and agencies all over the world.

We take on client briefs and deliver them to the best possible standards, making our clients lives as simplified as we can.

Internally we have worked on thousands of events all over the world. We’ve won awards and genuinely love our work and the people we work with. We are often asked by other agencies to support their office team with production support, creative support, staffing support and we do so gladly as we know that any event or production cannot be achieved without the monumental pulling together of lots of different moving parts and people.

In 2015 we embarked on the development of Clive (Coalition Live) turning our years of experience of staffing events and ISO systems management in to an online booking platform open to all. The platform allows for the full administration of searching, booking, contracting and paying staff compliantly with HMRC. Some of our clients want to be hands on and find they like to use this tool to essentially manage their own staffing. Other clients want us to take care of everything. Either way we’re happy to help.

In 2018 we set up as partners in our sister company Funicular Productions Ltd. We create Immersive Theatre & Dining experiences at our venue in East London. In 1 year we created 5 unique shows featuring 4 different menu’s created for us by BBC MasterChefs. At the Design My Night Awards we won Best Experience in All of London 2018/2019. Coalition write, cast, direct, source chef talent, staff the venue and co-produce each show.

Our aim is to keep sharing what we do, we want more people to use Clive (Coalition Live) which is a unique workforce management application specifically for the event industry.
